The hydrothermal HGTR-KTP crystal is an excellent nonlinear optical material, which has large nonlinear optical coefficient, wide angular bandwidth and small walk-off angle, high damage threshold and high ability to antigray-trace. It is extremely suitable for both commercial and military lasers including laboratory and medical systems, range-finders, lidar, optical communication and industrial systems.
Typical as-grown hydrothermal HGTR-KTP crystal is showed in Fig.1. Frequency doubling devices of 3*3*5mm3, 5*5*5mm3,10*10*10mm3,5*5*15mm3 in size are available.
